After taking a break over the festive season, our program of Guided Walks will resume on 19 January 2025 for what will be our biggest-ever yearly program of events.
Our schedule for 2025 includes:
36 Guided Walks, plus
two Park Loop Collective, i.e. non-Guided full loop Walks; (scheduled for the Sundays in April and October when daylight saving starts, and ends); and
two Park clean-up days (on Clean-Up Australia Day in March, and another in November).
Bookings (on Humanitix) will be open at least two months before each Guided Walk is scheduled.
The full 2025 schedule is here, but note that it might be subject to change during the year.

In 2025, the Adelaide Park Lands Association will once again join forces with:
Walking SA (with a planned stall at Walkfest on 6 April 2025)
the SA History Festival (throughout May 2025) and
the Nature Festival (September-October 2025).
These three organisations help us to introduce more and more people to Guided Walks and our award-winning Trail Guides to your Adelaide Park Lands.

Trail Guides
Of course, you don’t have to wait for a scheduled Guided Walk to explore your Adelaide Park Lands. We’ve prepared 29 different Trail Guides, each one with a different suggested route through a part of your Park Lands. Each Trail Guide is like a Guide Leader who’s available whenever you want.
Together, our 29 Trail Guides make up a complete Guide to your Adelaide Park Lands.

Background
Our program offering Guided Walks began in 2016 and has been expanding each year since then.
Each Guided Walk is free for our members. Non-members pay $9.00. Children aged 7-15 and concession tickets are $6.00. Children six or under don’t need a ticket. Tickets are available through Humanitix.
Please consider joining as an APA Member to get free tickets for any/all of our Guided Walks. Membership starts at just $20 (single concession) annually.
Dogs are most welcome, but on a lead, please. (Except for the Guided Walk through the Adelaide Botanic Garden, where the only dogs allowed are assistance dogs.)
