Prize money boost

by Rosemary Warmington, AM, Chair of the 2025 Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize

Even if you’ve never held a paint brush, there’s still time for you to become part of the 2025 Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize 2025.

The key date - 31 January - is fast approaching, but it still leaves you time to get on board, as a donor, a sponsor, or as an artist.

For months, we have been hoping to match the $50,000 prizemoney that was on offer for the previous (2023) Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize. Until now, the prize pool had been limited to $37,500 but some late donations and sponsorship have enabled us to increase the total prize pool to a guaranteed $42,500.

Is that the limit? It could go higher. With only days to go, now it’s up to you.

Donations at all levels are still welcome. Your donation to the Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize is tax deductible, but only if you donate through Australian Cultural Fund.
