The majesty of our Park Lands, day or night connects us to the natural world and is all the inspiration I need to paint and develop new ways to express their beauty

This artwork has been created by collaging a copy of an 1867 map of the city of Adelaide as it begins to build up inside the clear Park Land perimeters.

I have also painted with botanical inks that I made from collected leaves and bark from trees in our parks and gardens and included hand dyed papers.

These amazing colours form the background and structure of this illuminated Eucalypt towering into the night sky.
